The Latin Ballroom recognises that we have a loyal family of dancers, who not only join in every term, but also introduce their family and friends to the fun of dancing.

The Reward Points Bonus (known as DanceCard) is one way we say "thank you".

What do I have to do to earn Bonus Reward Points?

There are several ways to earn Bonus Reward Points.

Each time you Register for any 6 week Latin Ballroom Course, simply present your DanceCard and it will be credited with TWO (2) Bonus Reward Points.

If you Register for more than one (1) Course in a Term EVERY course receives TWO Bonus Reward Points.

Another way to earn Reward Points is to introduce a new dancer into a Level (1) Beginner or higher Course. Again, you'll receive TWO Bonus Reward Points for each new dancer introduced.

For each Short Course or Workshop of 4 weeks or more, you'll receive ONE BONUS Reward Point at the time of Registration.

Here's an example of how it might work!

Say Joe has just completed his Beginners' Course last Term, and is Registering in this Term's Level (2). Joe will receive his brand new DanceCard with two (2) stars "punched".

Joe enjoyed the Beginner's Course so much that he brought along seven (7) of his family and friends to join the new Beginners Course. Joe will get another (14) stars punched on his DanceCard (2 or each new person).

With a total of (16) stars punched, Joe's NEXT Course is FREE!

How do I get my Reward Points when I introduce new Beginners?

Every Registration Form has the opportunity for the new dancer to indicate who introduced them to the Latin Ballroom. Make sure your friends and family know to put YOUR name in there! When we enter their details in the database, your name will "flag up", and we'll notify you to present your DanceCard for updating.

There are also IntroCards at each participating Studio. These are similar to business cards, where you write your name as the IntroDancer, and give it to the new dancer. When they Register they just hand the IntroCard across, and we'll notify you.

How do I claim my FREE Course?

Your DanceCard is as good as cash (don't loose it)! When you Register for your next Course simply hand over your completed DanceCard.

Multi Course Discount

Many Dancers join several Courses each Term. The second (and even the third, fourth and fifth!) Course undertaken attracts a discount of 50%!

How's it work?

Most situations will be different, but below are a couple of examples of the 50% Multi- Course Discount Bonus in action. Remember, DanceCard also applies to ALL Courses, giving you even more benefits.

Example (1):

Billy is a new dancer, who signs up for BOTH the Level (1) (Beginner) 6 week Course and the 4 week STEP CHA CHA Course.

These two Courses combined normally cost $215. But with the 50% Multi-Course Discount Bonus Applied, Billy only pays $175, saving $40!

Example (2):

Mary Registers for the Level (2) and Level (3) Courses (both 6 weeks), as well as the STEP Club Latin Course (4 weeks).

This would normally cost Mary $350. With the Multi-Course Bonus applied, Mary saves over a $100! Mary actually saves more than the Club Latin Course costs!

How do you apply for your Multi-Course Discount?

At the time of Registration the Teaching Staff handling the paperwork will spot your Bonus and apply it automatically. Be sure to point it out if they're "swamped" and miss it!
