The use and enjoyment of DanceCampus is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
Privacy
DanceCampus collects only the limited information required to establish an Enrolment Account. Additional DanceCampus tracks user IP addresses to record time and date of access, and monitor account sharing violations (see below). All information collected is protected by The Latin Ballroom's Privacy Policy.
Registration Required
Access to DanceCampus requires an active registration.
Payment May Be Required
Some sections of DanceCampus require a payment for service. Payment can be made via Credit Card through PayPal, via a PayPal Account, or by payment at a Studio. Access will not be provided until payment is confirmed. Any "refund" or "charge back" will result in immediate denial of access.
Access Coupons
Access Coupons are issued to uses Registered in all Studio Courses. From time to time Access may also be issued for promotional purposes.
Each Access Coupon can only be applied to a specific type of Registration, and for a limited amount of time.
Lost Access Coupons cannot be replaced.
Valid Email required for Privacy & Security Check
Before activating any account, DanceCampus will check the validity of the Registration by sending an confirmation email to the nominated address. The account cannot be activated until this email is responded to.
A "CAPTCHA" option ensures a real person is lodging a Registration, and not an automated system.
Account Sharing
Access to DanceCampus is on a strictly personal basis, and limited to a single user/Registrant. Our system tracks the IP numbers of all computers accessing the Campus. If the system detects multiple simultaneous log-ons the account will be immediately and automatically suspended. No refund for any remaining time will be allowed.
Limited Licence
Access to DanceCampus is for a specified period of time and limited to those portions or areas consistent with the level of Enrolment Registration.
