Safety and Security

The security and confidentiality of your important information is vital today. Not just your name and email address (that's bad enough if that gets into the hands of "SPAMMERS", but purchasing anything on-line means that your Credit Card details could be at risk.

It is for these and other reasons we've chosen to partner with Pay Pal. Most people have heard of Pay Pal - it's owned by eBay, and is the preferred method of payment for that giant organisation. Pay Pal does nothing except focus on secure on-line transactions and the security of their database.

National Laws and guidelines require that any financial information - like Credit Card numbers - if collected are stored in a multi level secure manner. Pay Pal does this MUCH better than the Studio can.

PayPal also offers some other great methods of on-line payments which don't require you send your Credit Card details at all (see below).

Credit Cards and other Payment methods

Payment options:

Credit Cards - All card transactions are processed via PayPal. The Latin Ballroom never even sees your info.

Bank Transfers & PayPal Accounts - Using PayPal allows you to pay securely and directly from your own bank account, or from your PayPal account. No sensitive information sent over the web, and no credit card fees!

Telephone - We can accept credit card transaction over the telephone if you prefer. Just call on 1300 780 759.

Of course, all items are available in the Studio for personal shoppers.

What's the Process When I Buy Something?

Step (1)

Browse the Store and make your selections. Click the "Buy Now" or "Add To Cart" buttons attached to any item.

Step (2)

You're now looking at the PayPal secure web page (you'll notice the different layout from the Store). Note the "closed padlock" somewhere on your browser indicating a secure connection.

Here you can review your selection, change quantities and even cancel the purchase.

You can decide to return to the Store and continue shopping, or finalise your purchase. You decide if you want to use your Credit Card or pay via your PayPal account (if you have one).

Step (3)

Provide your details as requested on the screen, and that's it!

You'll immediately receive an email confirmation and receipt directly from PayPal.

Enjoy your purchase!
